ዓቢይ ጾም (ጾመ ኣርብዓ)

     በስመ አብ ወወልድ ወመንፈስ ቅዱስ አሐዱ አምላኽ አሜን።



ብናይ ቅድስት ቤተ ክርስትያና ሥርዓት መጽሓፍ ቅዱስ መሠረት ዘለዎ "ጾምናይ ውልቂ (ፍቓድጾምን፥ ናይ  ኣዋጅ ጾመን ተባኂሉ ኣብ ክልተይምደብ። ብኣበ ነፍስኻ ዝወኃበካ ጾምውን ኣሎ እዩ። እዚ ምስቲ ናይ ውልቂ ጾም ዝበልናዮ ክምደብ ዝክኣል እዩ። ኣብ ቅድስት ቤተ ክርስትያና ኩሉክጾሞም ብኣዋጅ ዝንገሩ ናይ ኣዋጅ ኣጽዋማት ሸውዓተ (7) እዮም። ንሳቶም ከኣ÷"ጾመ ኣርብዓ (ዓቢይ ጾም)፥ ጾመ ድኅነት (ረቡዕን ዓርብን)፥ ጾመሓዋርያት፥ጾመ ፍልሰታ፥ጾመ ነብያት፥ ጾመ ገሃድ፥ ጾመ ነነዌ"እዮም። ኣብዚ ተጠቒሱ ንርእዮ ከም ዘለና እምበኣር ቅድስት ቤተ ክርስትያና ኩሉምእመናን ክጾሞም ካብ ዝሠርዓቶም ናይ ኣዋጅ ኣጽዋማት ሓደጾመ ኣርብዓ ወይ’ውን ዓቢይ ጾም"እዩ። ወቕታዊ ዘሎ ንሱ ብምዃኑ ሕጂ እንርእዮ’ውንብዛዕባ "ጾመ ኣርብዓ እዩ ክኸውን። ቅድሚኡ ግን መጀመርታ ናይጾም"ትርጉምን ካብጾም"ዝርከብ ጥቕምታትን ምፍላጥ ስለዝግባእ ቀዲምናትርጉም ጾምን ጥቕምታቱን ኣብ ዝብል ክንርኢ።

ጾምን ጥቕምታቱን
/  ናይጾምትርጉም÷

ጾም ማለት "ጾመካብ ዝብል ናይ ግእዝ ግሲ ዝተረኽበ ኮይኑ፥ ትርጉሙ ከኣ"ንዝተወሰኑ ሰዓታትን መዓልታትን ካብ ዝዀነ ዓይነት መብልዕንመስተን ተኸልኪልካ ምዉዓልን ምሕዳርን"ማለት እዩ። ብፍላይ ድማ ቅድስት ቤተ ክርስትያን ብዝወሰነቶ መሠረት÷ጾም ኣብ ዝተፈልጠ መዓልትንሳምንታትን ወርሓትን ንዝተወሰኑ ሰዓታት ካብ ሥጋን መስተን ጥልላትን ምሕራም (ሙጻምዘጠቓልል እዩ (ኢሳ 416,ዳኒ101-3,ዘዳ 99)።ናይቤተ ክርስትያና ናይ ሕግን ሥርዓትን መጽሓፍ ዝኾነ ፍትሐ ነገስት÷ “ ጾምሰ ተከልኦተ ብእሲ እመብልዕ በጊዜ እዉቅ በዉስተ ሕግ ።ይብል። ጾም፥ኣብዝተፈልጠ ግዜ "ሰብምግቢ ካብ ምብላዕ ዝሕለዎ ምኽልካል እዩ። ማለት እዩ። ሓደ’ውን "ከሊኣ ብእሲ"ይብል ጾም ንሰብ ካብ ምግቢ ምኽልካልእዩ። እዚ’ዉን ዋግኡ ንምብዛሕ ባዕሉ ፈትዩ ሕጊ ንዝሠርዓሉ እናተኣዘዘ፥ኃይሊ ፍትወታቱ ምእንቲ ከደክም(ሥጋዊ)፡ ንነባቢት ነፍስ ምእንቲ ክትእዘዝእዩ። መጽሓፍ ቅዱስ"ትምኒት ሥጋ ምስ መንፈስ መጻርርቲ እዩ፥መንፈስ ከኣ ምስ ትምኒት ሥጋ መጻርርቲ እዩ። ስለዚ ነቲ እትደልይዎ ምእንቲኸይትገብሩ ክልቲኦም መጻርርቲ እዮም። "ይብል። (ገላ517)። ስለዚ "ጾምማለት ሥጋኻ ካብ ዝደልዮን ዝፈትዎን  ዘበለ ነገር ምኽልካል፥ ከምኡ’ውን ዝያዳ ኣብ መንፈሳዊ ነገር ኣተኩሮ ምግባርን ብእኡ ምንቃሕን ማለት እዩ።
ቅድስት ኦርቶዶክሳዊት ተዋህዶ ቤተ ክርስትያና ኣብ ግዜ ወርሓት ጾም ንናይ ጾም ትርጉም፥ጥልላት መባልዕ ካብ ምምጋብ ምኽልካል ኢላ ጥራይኣይትውስኖን እያ፥ እንታይ ደኣ ሓደ ሰብ ይጸዉም ኣለኹ ይብል እንተድኣ ኣሎ፥ እሞ ድማ ጾሙ"ፍሬ ዘለዎን ብእግዚኣብሔር ዝተፈትወ ቅኑዕ ጾምንክኸውን እንተደኣ ኮይኑ"ኩሉ ሕዋሳቱ ክጸዉምን ምግባረ ትሩፋት ክህልዎን  ይግባእ"ዝብል’ውን ቀንዲ ምኽራን ትምህርታን እዩ።ባዕልኹም እስከፍረዱ፥ሰባት ንዝተወሰነ ግዝያት ካብ ጥልላት መባልዕ ጥራይ እናጾሙ ወይ’ውን ተኸልኪሎም፥ዝሓምዩ፡ ዝበኣሱ፡ ዝጻረፉ፡ ዝሰርቁ፡ ዝሕስዉ፡ዝሰኽሩ………ወዘተረፈ እከይ 
ሥራሕን ንሰባት ዘሕዝን ተግባርን እንተሠርሑ፥ ካብ"እኽሊ ወይዉን ጥልላት ይጸዉም ኣለኹ ማለት እንታይይጠቕሞም?ብርግጽ እዚኣቶም"ብርኃብ ንሥጋኦም፡ብኽፉእ ተግባሮም ድማ ንነፍሶም ጎዲኦም ይበኃሉ እምበር"ጾይሞም፥ኣምልኾ ፈጺሞም"ኢልካኣይምስገኑን። (ኢሳ583-12)ተመልከት።
ናይ ቤተ ክርስትያና ሊቕ ኣቦ ቅዱስ ያሬድ ኣብ ናይ ጾመ 
ድጓ ድርሰቱ÷  “ ዓይን ይጹም እምርእየ ሕሱም፥ዕዝን ይጹም እምሰሚዐ ሕሱም፥ልሳንኒ ይጹምእምተናግሮ ሕሱም። ” ብማለት እንጾሞ ጾም እንታይን ከመይን ክኸዉን ከም ዘለዎ ዘርዚሩ ኣመልኪቱና ኣሎ። ዓይኒ ዘይግብኣ ሕማቕ ነገራት ካብምርኣይ ትከልከል፥እዝኒ ድማ ኽፉእ ካብ ምስማዕ ትርሓቕ፥ ልሳን እዉን ሕማቕ ካብ ምዝራብ ትቆጠብ ማለት እዩ።እቶም ቀደምት ፍጥረት ደቂ ሰባትዝኾኑ ኣዳምን ሄዋንን ዝሰሓቱ በዞም ሕዋሳት እዚኣቶም እዮም።ንሳቶም፥ምኽሪ ዲያብሎስ ብኣእዛኖም ሰሚዖም፥በዚ መሠረት ድማ ነታ ከይበልዕዋዝተነግረቶም ፍሬ ኦም ብዓይኖም ርእዮም ብልቦም ተመንዮም፥ብእግሮም ከይዶም፡ብኢዶም ቀንጢቦም ብምብላዕ ሓጢኣት ጌሮም ካብ ኣምላኾምርሓቑን ተፈልዩን። ስለዚ ነዚ ተረዲእና፥ዓይንና ሠናይ ክንርእየሉ፥ኢድና ክንምጽዉተሉ፥እግርና ናብ ቤተ እግዚኣብሔር ክንከደሉ፥ልሳና ጽቡቕክንዛረበሉን ከነመስግነሉን፥እዝንና ስብሐታተ እግዚኣብሔር ክንሰምዓሉ፥ልቡናና ጽቡቕ ነገር ክንሓስበሉ ይግባእ።
ጾም ኣብ ክልቲኡ ኪዳናት ብቐዳምነት ተሰሪዑ ዘሎ ናይ መጀመርታ ሕጊ እዩ።እዚ ዝኾነሉ ምኽንያት ከኣ÷"ጾም"ሕጊ ጥራይ ዘይኮነስ፥ንሕናክንጥቀመሉን ክንረብሓሉን፥ካብ ልዑለ ባህርይ ቅዱስ እግዚአብሔር ዝተዋኅበና ጸጋን በረኸትን ስለዝዀነን’ውን እዩ።

/  ጾምዝህቦጥቕምታት

ሓደ ክርስትያን ቅድስንኡ ኃልዩ፥ምስ እግዚአብሔር ጸኒዑ ንምንባርን ካብ ብዙሕ ዝዓይነቱ ዝተፈላለየ ፈተናታትን ናይ ሰይጣን ናይ ጥፍኣት መፈንጥራፍሕሶታትን ተቓዊሙ ክኽእልን እንተ ደኣ ኮይኑ፥ግድን ጾም የድልዮ።ጾም ንሥጋና ልጋም፥ንነፍስና መንፈሳዊ ኃይልን ብርትዐን ኩምኡ ድማ ምስቶምተጻረርትና ዝኾኑ ኣጋንንቲ ተዋጊእና እንሥዕረሉ ጽኑዕ መንፈሳዊ መሳርያና ብምዃኑ፥ዘይጸውም ሰብ ንሱ ነቲ ብዘይመሳርያ ዕጥቂ ናብ ዓውደ ውግእዝስለፍ ሰነፍ ሠራዊት ይመስል።ኩሉና ከም እንፈልጦ፥ሓደ ሠራዊት ብዘይመሳርያ ናብ ዓውደ ውግእ እንተ ደኣ ተሰሊፉ መወዳእትኡ ጥፍኣት እዩዝኸውን።ጽቡቕ ስም’ውን ኣይረክብን እንትርፎ ሰነፍ።እቲ ዘይጸውም ሰብ እውን ንፈተና ዝተቓልዐን ብቐሊሉ ዝጥቃዕን ስለዝኸውን ናይዚመወዳእታውን ከምኡ ጥፍኣት እዩ።ብእግዚአብሔር’ውን መጎስ የብሉን።ስለዚ ጾም ኣብ ሕይወት ሓደ ክርስትያን ኣዝዩ ወሳኒ ነገር እዩ ማለት እዩ።


ገለ ገለ ሰባት ግን፥ብጾም ንዝርከቡ ጥቕምታት  ብዘይምርዳእን ከንቱ ንምግባርን"ብኣዋጅ ኮነ ብውልቒ ንዝፍጸሙ ኣጽዋማት ንጸውም ኢና፥ነገር ግንብምጻምና ዝኾነ ዓይነት ጥቕሚ ዝረኸብና ኣይመስለናንዝብሉ ኣይተሳእኑን።እዚ ካብቶም ብዝግባእ ትርጉም ናይ ጾም ዘይፈለጡን ብሥጋ ጥራይዝጸሙን ዝወጽእ ቃል እዩ።ጸሞም ገና ክጅምር ብዝተሰሓሓተ መንገዲ ስለዝኸውን ከኣ ከምቲ ዝብልዎ ክኸውን ይኽእል እዩ።ናይ ጾም ትርጉምእንተዘይፈለጥካ፡ኣብ ግዜ ወርሓት ጾምን ቅድሚኡ ዘሎን እውን ኣብቶም ንጾም ዝዕጅቡን ትርጉማ ዘነጽሩ ሠናይ ተግባራትን፡ኣተኩሮ ዘይትገብር እንተደኣ ኰይንካ ምጻምካ ከንቱ እዩ ዝኸውን። ምንም ዝህበካ ጥቕሚ ድማ የብሉን።ስለዚ ቅድሚ ምጻም መጀመርታ ትርጉምን ጥቕምታትን ናይ ጾምምፍላጥ የድሊ።


እምበኣር ጾም ምስ እግዚአብሔር ንዘለና ተፈታዊነት ዝያዳ እነበርትዓሉ ዓሚቕ ዝኾነ ናይ መንፈሳዊነት ግዜ ብምዃኑ፥ጾም ፍጹምነት ረኺባ ካብእግዚአብሔር በረኸት ክንረኽበላን ተጠቐምቲ ክንከውንን እንተ ደኣ ኰይኑ፥ምስ'ቶም ኣዕሩኽ ጾም ዝበኃሉ ምስ እትተሓባበር ምዃኑ ከነስተውዕልይግባእ። ንሳቶም ከኣ÷

ፍቕሪ፥ንስሓ፥ኣርምሞ፥ምጽዋት፥ጸሎት፥ስግደት…… እዮም። ብዛዕባዚ ኣመልኪቱ ቅዱስ ዮሓንስ ኣፈወርቅ "ጾምምስ ምጽዋት፡ጸሎት፡ስግደትእንተ ደኣ ኮይኑ፥'ናውቲ ኵናት  እዩ"ኢሉ ኣሎ።ስለዚ መጀመርታጾምና"ነዞም ነገራት እዚኣቶም ዘማልአ ምዃኑ ርግጸኛታት ክንከውን ኣሎና።ከመይሲጾም ዝህቦ ጥቕምታት ክንብል እንከሎና ነዞም ኣብ ላዕሊ ተጠቒሶም ዘለው ዘማልአ ጾም ማለትና ስለዝኾነ።
ሓቀኛ"ጾም"ዝህቦ ጥቕምታት እምበኣር ካብ ብዙሕ ውሑድ፥ካብቲ ነዊሕ ድማ ሕጽር ብዝበለ መልክዑ ከምዚ ዚስዕብ ንርአ።

1/ "ጾምሰብ ፈቃደ ሥጋኡ ገቲኡ ንነባቢት ነፍሱ ዘግዝኣሉ መንፈሳዊ ልጋም እዩ። እዚ ማለት"ሰብ"ንሰብነቱ(ሥጋኡ) ብጾም ዝቐጽዕን ዘድክምን እንተደኣ ኰይኑ፥ኩሉ ትምኒታት ሥጋኡ ስለዝርሕቐሉ፥ ፍቓደ ነፍሱ ይብርትዕ እሞ ኣብ መንፈሳዊ ተግባራት ይጽመድ፥ካብ ንሥጋኡ ዝያዳ ንነፍሱ ብምምጋብስለዝነቅሕ ከኣ፥ንሱ ብናይ ጾም ልጋምነት ንፈረሰ ፍትወታት ሥጋኡ ዝገትአ ብልኂ ሰብ ይኸውን ማለት እዩ። ሓጢኣት ኣብኡ ክትስልጥንውን ዓቕሚኣይትረክብን። ነዚ ከኣ ሊቀ ሓዋርያት ቅዱስ ጴጥሮስ ኣብ ቀዳመይቲ መልእኽቱ÷"እምበኣር ክርስቶስ ብሥጋኡ ተሳቕዩ እዩ። ሓደ ሰብ ብሥጋኡ ምስተሳቐየ ሓጢኣት ኣይገብርን እዩ እሞ፡ንስኻትኩም’ውን በዚ ሓሳብዚ ተዓጠቑ። ሽዑ በቲ ኣብ ምድሪ ኽትነብሩሉ ዝተዋህበኩም ተሪፉ ዘሎ ሕይወትኩምፍቕድ ኣምላኽ እምበር ትምኒት ሥጋኹም ኣይክትገብሩን ኢኹም። ክብል ኣጉልሒዎን ኣነጺርዎን ኣሎ (1ይጴጥ41-2)። ስለዚ"ጾም"ንፍቓድ ሥጋናገቲእና መፈስና እነጽንዓሉ፥ንነፍስና ኣበርቲዑ ድማ ከም ፍቓድ ኣምላኽ ክንመላለስን ክነብርን ዝገብር ኣዝዩ ዓቢይን ወሳንን ዝዀነ እዩ።

2/ "ጾም"ቑስሊ ነፍስ ዝፍውስ፥ኃይሊ ፍትወታትካ ኣዳኺሙ ድማ ኣርምሞን ትሕትናን ዝምህር ጽኑዕ መድኃኒተ ነፍስ እዩ። ነዚ ኣመልኪቱ፥ናይ ቤተክርስትያና ዓቢይ ሊቕ ቅዱስ ያሬድ"ጾም ትፌውስ ቁስለ ነፍስ ወታጸምም ፍትወታተ ዘሥጋ"ኢሉ ኣሎ።"ጾም"ቁስሊ ነፍስ ትፍውስ፥ተድላ ናይ ሥጋድማ ተጥፍእ'ማለት እዩ።ልበ ኣምላኽ ዝተሰምየ ቅዱስ ዳዊት"ብጥሜት ኣብራኸይ ጠለመኒ፥ሰብነተይ ከኣ ዓረበ"ማለቱውን"ጾም"ፍትወታት ጾርካዘርሕቕ፥ ጉልበትካ ዘድክም ኃይሊ ምኻኑ ዘነጽር እዩ። (መዝ10924)። ሓደ ሰብ ዘይጸውም እንተ ደኣ ኮይኑ ግን ጽጋብ ጾሩ ከቢድ ስለዝኾነ ሠናይተግባር ካብ ምሥራሕ ጥራይ ዘይኮነ፡ብኽሕደት ካብ ኣምላኹ ክሳዕ ከርሕቖውን ተኽእሎ ኣሎ።ጽጋብ ንእስራኤል ዘሥጋ ነቲ ንባሕሪ ከፊሉ ዘስገሮም ኣብምድረ-በዳውን ሰማያዊ መና ብምምጋብን ሓቒቕ ማይ ብምስታይን ኣባታዊ ረዲኤቱ ዘይተፈልዮም ኣምላኽ ኣቦታቶም ቅዱስ እግዚአብሔር ክክሕድዎጌርዎም እዩ።እቲ ቃል "ህዝቢ እስራኤል ምስ ሃጠረን ……ሰብሐን ……ንኣምላኹ ሓደገን ረስዖን ንዘይፈልጥዎም ጣኦታትን ብባህሪኦም ኣምላኽነትዘይብሎምን ሠውኡ። "ይብል። (ዘዳ3215-18) ተመልከት።
ካብዚ ብጾም እንረኽቦ ጥቕምን ብዘይምጻምና ዘስዕበልና ጉድኣትን ምርዳእ ይከኣል።

3/ "ጾምንኃይሊ ኣጋንንቲ እተድክመሉን እትሥዕረሉን ናይ መንፈሳዊ ናውቲ ኵናት እዩ።"ጾም"ሓደ ካብቲ ምስ'ቶም ናይ ጸልማት ገዛእቲ ዝዀኑረቀቕቲ ኣጋንንቲ ተዋጊእና ኃይሎም እነዳኽመሉን እንስዕረሉን መንፈሳዊ መሳርያና እዩ። ነዚ ከኣ ናይ ክብሪ ኹሉ በዓል ቤት ናይ ፍጥረታት ጐይታዝኾነ ክርስቶስ ብተግባር ምኂሩና እዩ። ማቴ41-። ብኻልእ እዋናት እውን"እዚ ከምዚ ዝኣመሰለ ዓይነት(ጋኔንግና  ብጸሎትን ብጾምንእንተዘይኰይኑ ኣይወጽእን እዩ። "ክብልጾም"ንኣጋንንቲ ዝግስጽን ዘርሕቕን ምዃኑ ኣረዲኡ እዩ። ስለዚ "ጾምንኣጋንንቲ እንሥዕረሉ ፍላጻናን ጽኑዕዋልታናን እዩ።

4/ "ጾምሰብ ንመላእኽቲ መሲሉ ዝነብረላ ናይ ንጽህና ሕይወት እያ። ልዑለ ባህሪይ ቅዱስ እግዚአብሔርከም ምስሉን መልክዑን ሰብ ምስፍጠረ፥ብኽብሪ ኣብ ገነት ኤዶም ኣስፊሩ ሕጊ ሰርዓሉ። እታ ዝሃቦ ሕጊ ከኣ "እቲ ካልእ ተፈቒዱካ እዩ ካብዚኣ ግን ኣይትብላዕ ማለት ጹማትብል እያ። ከምዚ ጌርሩ ከኣ በታ ሕጊ ተማእዚዙ  ንጽህናኡ ሓልዩ ከም መላእክቲ ብቕድስና እናኣመስገነ ክነብር ሓደጎ።ኣዳምውን ንግዚኡ ተቐቢሉ ከም ዝተባህሎክሕልዋ ጀመረ። ሓልዩዋ ከብቅዕ ድሕሪ ሸውዓተ ዓመት ግን ብኽፉእ ምኽሪ እቲ ጸላኢ"ጾም"ዝኾነ ድያብሎስ ተታሊሉ፥ነታ ከይበልዓ ዝተነግረቶ በሊዑ "ብምጻምተሓልዩ ዝነበረ  ባህሪይ ንጽህናኡ"ብዘይምጻም"ኣጥፍኦ።ኣብቲ ዳሕራይ ዘመን እግዚአብሔር ወልድ ብዝተፈለየ ኣካሉ ሰብ ኮይኑ ንዓናከድሕን ናብዛ ዓለም ምስ መጽአ ግን 40 መዓልትን 40 ለይትን ጾይሙ ክሒስዎ እዩ።እወ ብመብልዕ ምኽንያት ተሳዒሩ ንዘጥፍኣ ክብሪ "ብጾምምኽንያት ንናይ ጥንቲ ጸላኢኡ ዝኾነ ድያብሎስ ስዒርሉ እዩ።ከምቲ መጀመርታ ክፈጥሮ እንከሎ"ጾም"ዝሰርዓሉ ድሓር ንዕኡ ንምድኃን ሰብ ምስኮነውን ከምኡ"ንጾም"መጀመርታ ገበራ።እዚ ኸኣ ንጽህና ኣብ ምሕላውጾም "ክሳዕ ክንደይ ጠቓሚ ምዃኑ ምእንቲ ከረድእ ኮነ።

5/ "ጾም"ብንስሓ ናብ እግዚአብሔር ክትምለስ ይረድእ። "ጾምናይ ጣዕሳን ሓዘንን ምልክትውን እዩ።ሓደ ጸዋሚ ዘርእዮ ጣዕሳን ሓዘንን ከም ፍቓድኣምላኽ እንተ ደኣ ኮይኑ ናብ ድሕነት ዘብጽሕ ንስሓ የስዕበሉ(2ይቆሮ710-11)።ንስሓ ማለት ድማ ናብ እግዚአብሔር ምምላስ ማለት እዩ።ነቢይእግዚአብሔር ቅዱስ ኢዩኤል "እግዚአብሔር'እምበኣር ሕጂ’ውን ብጾምን ብብኽያትን ብቑዝማን ብምሉእ ልብኹም ናባይ ተመለሱ።ክዳንኩም ዘይኮነስልብኹም ደኣ ቕደዱ። ይብል ኣሎ ኢሉ(ኢዩ212-13) "እቲ ትኽክል ናብ እግዚአብሔር ምምላስ፥ክዳን ምቕዳድ ወይውን ኣፋዊ ልሳን ብዝኾነዘይኮነስ ንርእስኻ ብጾም ኣሕሲምካን  ብፍጹም ጣዕሳ ምሉእ ልብኻ ኂብካን ምኻኑ የረድእ።ነዚ ከኣ ናይ ሰብኣ ነነዌ ታሪኽ እኹል መረዳእታ እዩ። (.ዮናስ31-10) ተመልከት።

6/ "ጾም"ናይ ሠናይ ምግባራት ኩሉ መጀመርታ እዩ።ካብ ጥንቲ ፍጥረት ሰብ ካብ ኣዳም ጀሚሩ፥"መብልዕ ንኃጢኣት ምኽንያትን መጀመርታን ከምዝኾነ፥ከምኡ ጾም ድማ ንምግባረ ጽድቅን ትሩፋትን መሠረትን መጀመርታን እዩ።ነዚ ከኣሎቱ ስብሐት"ባዕሉ ኣምላኽናን መድሓኃኒናን ኢየሱስክርስቶስ ቅድሚ ትምህርተ ወንጌሉን ገቢረ ተኣምራቱን ኣቐዲሙ ብምጻም ምሂሩና እዩ።ድሕሪኡ እንተኾነውን ሓዋርያቱ ጐይታኦም ከም ዝመሃሮምንዕኡ ኣብነት ጌሮም ቅድሚ ዝኾነ ይኹን ተግባሮም ብጾም እዮም ጀሚሮም። (ግ.ሓዋ. 131-3,ማቴ914-15)።በዚ መሠረት እምበኣር ንሕና’ውንመንፈሳዊ ይኹን ሥጋዊ፥ እዋናዊ ንዝኾነ ውጥናትና፥ንጾምን ጸሎትን መጀመርታ ተግባርና እንተ ጌርና ኩሉ ጽፉፍን ውጽኢታውን እዩ ዝኸውን።


7/ "
ጾም"ካብ እግዚአብሔር ጸጋን በረኸትን እትሓፍሰሉ፥ብሓፈሻ ሰናይ ዘበለ ነገር እትቕበለሉ ዓውዲ ናይ ምህርቲ እዩ።"ጾም"ካብ እግዚአብሔር ጸጋንበረኸትን እንቕበለሉ፥መንፈሳዊ ዕብየት ዘምጽኣልና ህያብ እዩ።"ብጾም"ጸጋ ዝረኸቡ፥ምሕረት ዝተገብረሎም ኣብ መጽሓፍ ቅዱስ ብሰፉሑ ተነጊሩኣሎ።ንምሳሌ ሊቀ ነብያት ሙሴ 40 መዓልትን 40 ለይትን ምስ ጾመ ካብ ኣምላኹ ጸጋ ኣብ ልዕሊ ጸጋ ተቐቢሉ እዩ።ካብ ልዕልና ጸጋኡ ዝተላዕለ ከኣእስራኤላውያን ኣተኩሮም ምርኣይ ክሳዕ ዝስኣኖም ኮይኖም ገጾም ጎልቢቦ እዮም።(ዘጸ3435) እቲ መንፈሳዊ ሕጉ ዝሃቦ’ውን ምስ ጾመ እዩ። ካልእብጾምን ጾይሞምን’ውን መንፈሳዊ ቡራኬን መዓርግን ኂቦምን ተቐቢሎምሉን እዮም። (ግሓ131-3)።ናይ ኣቦና ዳኒኤልን ናይ እቶም ሰለስተ ደቂቅን (ሰለስተ መንእሰያት) ኣናንያን ምሳኤልን ኣዛርያን (ሲድራቅ ሚሳቅ ኣብደናጎ) እንተርኢና’ውን  ካብ ጥዑም መባልዕ ናይ ንጉስ ተኸልኪሎም መንፈሳዊጥበብን ምስትውዓልን ካብ ኣምላኾም ተቐቢሎም እዮም።……ወዘተርፈ ብጾም እንረኽቦ በረኸት ብዙሕ ምጥቃስ ይከኣል።

8/ "ጾም"ስለ ሓጢኣት ገዛእ ርእኻን ወገናትካን ክትሓዝን ይገብር።"ጾም"ሰለ ርእስኻን፥ኣብ ስደት፡ኣብ ማእሰርቲ፡ኣብ ጭንቀት፡ኣብ ሕማም፡ኣብዝተፈላለየ ሽግርን ስቓይን  ……ወዘተረፈ ስለዘለው ወገናትካን ብምሕዛን ካብ እግዚአብሔር ምሕረት ንምልማን ይጠቅም።ንምሳሌ ቅዱስ ዳዊት ስለበደል ርእሱን ንድኅነት ወዱን ከም ዝጾመ፥ ኣብ(2ይሳሙ1214)የዘንቱ። ኣቦና እዝራ’ውን በቶም ብበደሎም ምኽንያት ኣብ ምርኮ ዝነበሩእስራኤላውያን ዝተሰምዖ ሓዘንን ጓህን ብጾም እዩ ገሊጽዎ። (እዝ106) ካልእ "ጾም"ስለ ሃገር ስለመላእ ዓለም ምሕዛን’ውን እዩ።

9/ "ጾም"ብዛዕባ ድኻታት ክንሓስብ ይገብር።"ጾም"ማለት ኣብ ላዕሊ  ከም ዝርኣናዮ ኣብ ዝተፈልጠ ዕለት ንዝተወሰኑ ሰዓታት ካብ ምግብን መስተንተኽልኪካ ምውዓልን ምሕዳርን እዩ።ሰባት እምበኣር በዚ ወርሓት ጾም፥ ሥጋዊ ጉልበቶም ይደክም ከምኡውን ይጠምዩን ይጸምኡን እሞ፡ነቶም ብስእነትምኽንያት ዘመኖም ምሉእ ብረሃብ ዘሕልፉ ድኻታት ይዝክሩ።እወ ንሳቶም ኣነስ ኣብ ዝተፈልጠ ዕለት ንዝተወሰነ ሰዓታት እዩ ድኻመይን ርሃበይን፥ ነዚውን ፈትየን ንበረኸት ክኾነኒ ኢለን ብፍቓደይ ዝፍጽሞ ጾም እዩ፥ ሕይወት ናይ እቶም ብስእነት ምኽንያት መላእ ዘመኖም ረሃብ ዝኾነ ረዳኢ’ውንዘይብሎም ድኻታትስ ኮን ክንደይ ከቢድ እዩ ይብሉ። "ጾምንጽድቂ ኩሉ መጀመርታ እዩ ከም ዝበልናዮ ድማ፥በዚ ምኽንያት ልባቶም ይርህርህ እሞ፡ካብ ዘለዎም ንሓዎም/ፈትዮም ብምምቓልን ምርዳእን ከም ዝዕንገሉ ይገብሩ።ከምቲ ቅዱሳት መጻሕፍቲ ዝብለዎ ንድኻታት ምርዳእ ማለት ድማሕድገት ኃጢኣት ምርካብ ሕጊ ኣምላኽ ድማ ምፍጻም እዩ።"ከምቲ ገሃጽሃጽ ንዚብል ሓዊ ማይ ዘጥፍኦ፥ ንድኻ ምምጽዋት ከኣ ንኃጢኣት የጥፍኦ ። (ሲራ330)። ጦቢት ድማ ንወዱ ጦብያ "ንድኻታት ምጽዋት ምኃብ ካብቲ ጸልማት ዝኾነ ዓዲ ምዉታት የድኅነካ። "ክብል ምዒድዎ ኣሎ። (ጦቢ41-10)። ከምኡ’ውንመዝ411-3)ተመልከት። ኣምላኽና ቅዱስ እግዚአብሔር እቲ ንሕና እንደልዮ ንኣሕዋትናውን ዘድልዮም ምዃኑተረዲእና ረዳኢ ንዝሰኣኑ ወገናትና ብምርዳእ ሠናይ ክንገብር በዚ ንምንቃሕ የብቅዓና።

10/ "ጾም"ሕድገት ኃጢኣት ረኺብካ ዘለኣለማዊ ሕይወት እትወርሰሉ ጸጋ እዩ። "ብጾም"ብዙሓት ሕድገት ኅጢኣት ተጌርሎምን ካብ ናይእግዚአብሔር ቁጥዓ ድኂኖምን እዮም። ንኣብነት ሰብኣ ነነዌ ብዝፈጸምዎ በደል ተጣዒሶም፥ ከም ዝተጣዕሱ ንምፍላጥ ድማ ብጾም ንርእሱም ምስኣሕሰሙ ምሕረት ተጌርሎም እዩ ። (ዮና31-10) ከምኡ ኣብ ኢሳ.586-12 ዘሎውን ተመልከት።ስለዚ"ጾም"እግዚአብሔር ካብ ቁጥዕኡ ናብምሕረቱ ተመሊሱ ሕድገት ክገብር ዝገብር ጸጋ እዩ ማለት እዩ። እዚ ጥራይ ኣይኮነን፥ "ጾምገነት መንግሥተ ሰማያት ክንወርስ’ውን ይገብር እዩ። ነዚከኣ ባዕሉ ጐይታ ዝመሃሮ ቃል እዩ። ኣብ ኣንቐጸ ብጹኣን ተመልከት። (ማቴ፥56-11)
ንመረዳእታ ኣብነት እዚ ጠቐስና እምበር ካብ "ጾምእንረኽቦ ጥቕምታትስ ብዙሕ እዩ። ንሕጂ ግን እዚ ይኣኽለና።
ሕራይ እምበኣር ብመጠኑ ክሳዕ ሕጂ ክንርእዮ ዝጸናሕና ናይ "ጾምትርጉምን ካብ "ጾም"ዝርከብ ጥቕምታትን ኣብ ዝብል እዩ። ካብዚ ቀጺልና ድማናብቲ ዝቀደመ ኣርእስትና ብዛዕባ ንዓቢይ ጾም ወይውን ንጾም ኣርብዓ ዝምልከት
እንሆ ከምዚ ዝስዕብ ንርአ።
